Our Catering Process
- Clients and Chef create menu, budget and an estimated number of guests.
- Chef sends agreed menu and invoice to client.
- Upon receiving invoice, estimated half down is paid by client in order to hold date and book event.
- The Client keeps our company updated in writing of any changes to event.
- 10 days prior to event Chef’s team calls client to get any final changes to event. If changes are applied, a revised invoice will be emailed to client. At that time the remainder of the final invoice balance is due and is nonrefundable.
- Chef’s team arrives at agreed time and takes care of any details laid out in invoice .
In the event there is a cancellation after payment of deposit, a 20% fee will be retained and the remainder of paid balance will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation, and could take an additional 5-7 business days to clear bank account.
