March 10th - Cooking with Wine
Chef Anne Marie, Winemakers Lisa Warr-King Packer and special guest Hillary Sjolund are hosting an evening food and wine class featuring Cooking with Wine. You will receive hands-on instruction about when to add wine to your cooking, when to reserve it for yourself and the do’s and don’ts of food and wine uses and storage - as well as learning about Warr-King and Sonoris wines along the way. Make sure you bring your appetite! Food and wine tastings included. Wine by the glass available for purchase. Class is open to both couples and singles alike, but seating is limited to 16 guests so book soon!
