Just in time for picnic and concert season, Chef Anne Marie and Winemaker Lisa Warr-King Packer are hosting a fun food and wine class featuring Pairing and Cooking With Wines. You will learn about adjusting flavors in your sauces (with and without wine) to better go with wines and the why's of choosing the best wine to go with a selection of cheeses, meats, salmon spread, and chocolate. Make sure you bring your appetite! Food and wine tastings included. Wine by the glass available for purchase. Class is open to both couples and singles alike, but seating is limited to 16 guests so book soon!
