    Each class features a special guest—local farmers, bakers, or culinary educators—who help shape the menu and share their story around the table.

    • Garden tour & animal visit to explore seasonal ingredients

Join us

Our Farm-to-Table Dinner Classes run through October, when the gardens and animals are at their peak.
As the weather cools, we move indoors for Studio Cooking Workshops, beginning mid‑October and running through the holidays.
These small‑group classes dive deeper into skills like pasta and sauces, herbs and seasonings, and festive holiday favorites—from appetizers to cookies—all hands‑on, with plenty of tasting and laughter along the way.
